D’free Paprika with wild garlic is a fermented nut specialty with appetizing red pepper and wild garlic. It consists of an enviable number of ingredients – as many as six. These are cashew, cold pressed coconut oil, starter culture, red pepper, wild garlic and salt and are just as much as it is needed to achieve excellent taste and structure. The nuts are always raw and activated before the start of the so desired fermentation. Who doesn’t love red peppers and when you add the delicate taste of wild garlic, you can’t get away with just one slice. All D’free products are registered by the international Vegan Society and have no ingredients of animal origin, they are lactose free and gluten free, with no enhancers, preservatives or colors.

The maturation of at least 15 days has helped us in several directions – making the flavor milder, the taste richer and the structure smoother. Also what remains behind the scenes is that thanks to the ripening and natural processes during fermentation, proteins are broken down, making D’free even easier to digest.

Още един страхотен вкус! Много ми допада комбинацията на паприка и левурда и я използвам за всякакви ястия с домати, защото си отиват невероятно добре. Самото сирене е много вкусно и само по себе си. Понякога просто си разопаковам едно, слагам си малко плодове и си го ям така. 🙂
